Landscape Requests
The Homeowner must maintain all shrubs and flowers planted inside the atrium. Trees should never be planted, as the root system could undermine the structural integrity of your home, potentially costing you, the homeowner thousands in repairs. We would also ask that you refrain from planting fruit bearing plants as they attract rodents. The landscaper is not responsible for the care of Homeowners’ plants.
Prior approval is required for all planting on common ground. Any homeowner wanting to plant outside their atrium wall to enhance their property and community’s appearance please feel free to fill out the architectural/landscape form for board approval. Requests must include type of plants and specific area of placement. The board will vote on individual proposals. Homeowner will be notified of approval or disapproval.
