As we have now entered the 2025 hurricane season, we want to ensure that everyone is informed and prepared.
Please take a few moments to review the attached 2025 Hurricane Plan and Disaster Preparedness Checklist. This document includes important information on how to protect your home, your family, and stay safe during severe weather events.
We strongly encourage all residents to prepare early and stay alert throughout the season.

Casa Del Rey is a community of 118 single-family villas in Delray Beach, Florida. The Casa Del Rey Homeowners Association is a non-profit association that is maintained and managed by Archstone Management. Casa Del Rey is a family and pet friendly community that is close to everything. Residents can enjoy the newly refinished pool and tennis/sports court or spend the day at any number of nearby parks and beaches. Ideally situated in Delray Beach just off Via Delray Road and Military Trail, Casa Del Rey is minutes from downtown Delray Beach and West Palm Beach and offers easy access to all area Interstates.
***Parking Rules***
No vehicle may be parked on any roadway or grassy area in the community.
Parking is limited to designated parking spots only.
Guest Parking is not intended for resident use. Please use your Garage and Driveways first before parking in guest parking.
Any vehicle that is parked in the same guest parking space for more than 72 consecutive hours will be consider in violation.
Residents may also use the pool area for overflow parking.
All vehicles must have up to date registration, including vehicles on driveway
Commercial Vans, RVs, Boats, & Trailers are not permitted to be parked in the Community
Recreational vehicles, including but not limited to: golf carts, motorized scooters, go-carts and other non-registered vehicles shall be prohibited from being parked on resident driveways overnight.

1st Infraction - Notice Posted on Windshield
2nd Infraction - Sticker Posted on Window
3rd Infraction - Tow
***No Parking in Fire Lanes or Areas Marked with an X at the End of Streets – Will Result Immediate Tow***
***Landscape Guidelines***
Major Landscape chagnes need to be approved by the Board of Directors
Trees shall not be planted anywhere on the property without approval from the Board of Directors
All personal landscaping needs to be kept within 4 feet of the front atrium wall
Residents are only permitted a maximum of 3 pots in front of the home
Large statues are not permitted
Personal items, except official U.S. flags, are not permitted to be attached to the building (i.e. hoses, art, etc.)
Fruit and vegetable trees/plants are not permitted
Landscape plants/pots in between garage doors needs to be kept within the parameters of the wall and maintained by the homeowner
Personal items (i.e. lawn chairs, trash cans, etc..) should not be stored in view of street
